General Return Terms
All orders placed through Hahacvnegea are treated as final sale. We do not accept standard returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, color preference, or no longer wanting the item.
Returns, refunds, or replacements may only be considered when the product you received has a verified quality problem, arrives visibly damaged, or is not the item you ordered.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Although we work to ensure product quality before shipment, issues may occasionally occur during production, packing, or delivery.
Please check your package carefully as soon as it is delivered. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds
If your request is approved for a refund, the refund will be sent back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary by bank, card issuer, or payment provider. In most cases, approved refunds appear within 7–12 business days after they have been processed on our side.
Exchanges
We do not provide regular product exchanges. Replacement items are only available when an order issue has been confirmed by our support team, such as a damaged item, defective product, or wrong item received.
Unauthorized Returns
Please do not ship any item back to us unless our customer service team has given you specific return instructions.
Packages returned without prior approval will not be accepted. Unauthorized returns are not eligible for a refund, replacement, store credit, or other form of compensation.
