Order Processing
Once your order is placed, our team will begin preparing it for shipment. Most orders require up to 3 business days for order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and transfer to our shipping partners.
Business days do not include weekends or public holidays. Orders placed during weekends will normally begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping Time and Cost
We offer standard worldwide shipping for most available destinations.
Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days after shipment
Standard shipping fee: USD $5.99 per order
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your country, local carrier service, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other factors outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

Please allow a few days for tracking information to appear after the tracking number is issued. In some cases, tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to become active.
Multiple Packages
If your order includes several apparel items, different sizes, colors, or styles, your items may be shipped separately from different warehouses or fulfillment partners.
This helps us send available items as quickly as possible. If your order is split into multiple packages, each shipment may have a separate tracking number.
Order Changes
If you need to correct your shipping address or update order details such as size, color, or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible.
Change requests should be sent within 12 hours after placing the order.

We will do our best to update your order before it enters processing or fulfillment. However, once an order has started processing or has been shipped, changes cannot be guaranteed.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, apartment number, postal code, and recipient name are correct before completing checkout.
Hahacvnegea is not responsible for lost, delayed, returned, or undeliverable packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Missed Deliveries
If the carrier attempts delivery and no one is available to receive the package, they may leave a notice or hold the package at a local post office or delivery center.
Please contact your local carrier with your tracking number to arrange pickup or redelivery.
We are not responsible for packages returned or delayed because of failed delivery attempts or failure to collect the package in time.
Delayed Shipments
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to customs inspections, international transit, carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, or other unexpected events.
If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, please contact us at support@hahacvnegea.com with your Order Number and Order Email, and our support team will help check the shipment status.
Lost Packages
If a package is officially confirmed as lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will review the case and may arrange a replacement shipment when applicable.
Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are not considered lost in transit. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please first check with neighbors, building management, your mailbox area, front desk, or local carrier.
Stolen Packages
Hahacvnegea is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered but are later lost, misplaced, or stolen after delivery.
Please choose a secure delivery address where the package can be safely received.
Shipping Locations
We ship internationally to many countries and regions. Orders may be shipped from fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, Hong Kong, or directly from trusted manufacturing partners, depending on product availability and delivery efficiency.
If we are unable to ship to your destination, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by your local customs authority.
These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility. Hahacvnegea is not responsible for customs delays or additional import-related charges.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Once tracking confirms that a package has been successfully delivered, Hahacvnegea is no longer responsible for loss or theft after delivery.
